“The Way Life Was Meant To Be”

Your idea of vacation dining could range from gathering ingredients at the local farmer's market and whipping up a feast in your cottage, visiting one of the local gourmets or dining at our famous Black Goose Inn. Planning a special event or feeding a small army? Our helpful staff is here to help you out. Whatever you have in mind, we are well equipped to make your vacation a relaxing an enjoyable one.

The Black Goose Inn

The family owned and operated establishment welcomed its first customers in December 2010 to this historic Samuel Maclure-designed house. The wood-panelled main hall, the elegant drawing room and the peaceful library are now home to our warm and friendly 60-seat British/Scottish pub-style restaurant.

Stop by for drink, stay for lunch or dinner, admire the ocean view or sit by the log fire. Whatever you choose you will always get a smiling, happy welcome here.
